The world would be a different place without copy/paste. This handy little function has been around since the dawn of computers — like when keyboards were still carved out of stone. Here’s how to use it:
– select text in any document by clicking your left mouse button and “swiping” the text
– on your keyboard press the Control key and the letter C key at the same time. This will copy whatever text is selected (highlighted)
– place your cursor in the spot where you want to paste the text. Press the Control key and the letter V key at the same time. The text will be placed where you want it.
