The world would be a different place without copy/paste. This handy little function has been around since the dawn of computers — like when keyboards were still carved out of stone. Here’s how to use it:
– select text in any document by clicking your left mouse button and “swiping” the text
– on your keyboard press the Control key and the letter C key at the same time. This will copy whatever text is selected (highlighted)– place your cursor in the spot where you want to paste the text. Press the Control key and the letter V key at the same time. The text will be placed where you want it.
